This service provides assistance to anyone wanting to relocate to the Versilia area, whether relocating here for work purposes and a rental property is required or if looking to purchase a holiday home. The Versilia area is popular for those working in the yachting industry and we offer help in arranging accommodation, residency, education advice, doctors and dentists surgeries and assistance with all the necessary form filling. We offer a property search service and have contacts with various estate agents in the area in order to find what you are looking for.

Project Management for Renovation work

We have in our family first hand experience in the Italian and English building trade and therefore can offer our knowledge and contacts for anyone interested in renovating or building a property in and around Versilia or Lucca.

Property management / maintenance service

We can provide a property management and maintenance service, taking away the stress of looking after your holiday home. We can organise the cleaning, garden maintenance and will try and meet any other requirements you may have. For example, if there is an underground gas bottle storage we can arrange for it to be checked and filled accordingly.
