  • Sant Andrea* - 2 Apartments / each apartment sleeps 4+2 Nestled in the heart of the Tuscany region, is an area called the Valdichiana, close to Arezzo and around half an hour from Siena. Casa Sant Andrea is positioned on the outskirts of Rigomagno a small traditional village perfect for relaxing and enjoying local wine, olive oil, and the traditional flavors of this area of Tuscany. Other places of interest to visit include Montepulciano, Pienza, Lake Trasimeno and Florence. Apart from these famous areas there are local historic villages of the Valdichiana to explore such as Lucignano and Rapolano Terme Alto and the thermal baths of Rapolano. This area forms part of the many wine trails of Tuscany which include Chianti, Lucca, Terre di Arezzo, Montepulciano etc.

     
    Sant Andrea 1 (sleeps 4+2)     is a ground-floor apartment opening directly onto the garden, comprising dining room with kitchen facilities, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. EQUIPMENT: Washing-machine, small oven, iron.

    Sant Andrea 2 (sleeps 4+2) is a first floor apartment reached by a typical external stone staircase, comprising dining room with kitchenette, living room with large open fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: small oven, dishwasher.

    At guests disposal the 6x12m swimming pool, (depth m. 0,90 -2,40) and the large outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue and shaded by forest trees and olive groves.
