- Le Bichocce is a spacious apartment located in a stone farmhouse with original rustic character offering its guests a relaxing holiday. The house dates back to 19th century and the Giannini family who are still the current owners acquired the property and starting farming it. Today the farmhouse continues to produce high quality olive oil and other traditional products have been substituted with the cultivation of organic lavender and saffron.
The accommodation in the house is an apartment situated on the top floor the owners live on the ground floor and provide guests with full use of the large garden, swimming pool, wood-fired oven and barbecue. The apartment consists of spacious living room; dining room with satellite TV and fireplace; a fully equiped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The two bedrooms each have a bathroom(with shower). The apartment is airconditioned with its own central heating, store room, safe and parking space. Internet connection available on request. Small pets are allowed. Mountain bikes are also available at the farmhouse.
Weekly Rate:
High season: 1st June - 30th August – 1,380,00 euros per week
Mid season: May, September, Christmas, New Year and Easter – 1,120,00
Low season: April and October (not including the festive period) - 1,100,00
All other months - 860,00
A 50,00 euro cleaning charge is required and paid directly to the owner alng with any electric or gas consumption.
