We specialise in and around the Tuscan Coast in the exclusive area of Versilia with the stunning backdrop of the Apuan Alps, just 30-40 minutes drive from Pisa Airport and half an hour from Lucca.

In the area of Versilia using our local knowledge we offer many tailor-made services for anyone moving to the area.

Our relocation service ranges from help with applying for residency to advice on education, health care and any other matters you may need assistance with.

For those wishing to purchase or rent a property here we offer assistance with property searches and any translations. We specialise in both the ancient Roman town of Camaiore and Pietrasanta each located 15 minutes drive from the sea in the foothills of the Apuan Alps. Convieniently situated half an hour from Lucca the nearby provincial capital, one hour from Florence and 30-40 minutes from Pisa.

Pietrasanta is a 13th century small city with medieval walls, sculptors have come here for centuries including Michelangelo. Today it is popular place for artists to meet in cafes.

Both Camaiore and Pietrasanta are well equipped with an abundance of restaurants with local specialities, cafes and shops. There are some beautiful Romanesque and baroque churches which are situated in various locations some nestled in villages in the hills around these areas.

There are many local areas to discover, as well as great day trips such as boat trips or a drive to the Cinque Terre with its crystal clear water, stunning rocky coast and characteristic towns. Other day trips include a trip to the Chianti area, Siena, San Gimignano and the Garfagnana region with its nature reserves and many walks.

The nearby coast offers a variety of bars and restaurants many with fish specialities. In summer it is popular to take a passagiata along the promenade in the evening and during the day you can also hire bikes and cycle along the promenade.

Viareggio is a port town 15/20min drive from Camaiore it is a busy vibrant place packed with shops and restaurants and is well known for its boat yard where many beautiful yachts are built and restored, many can be seen from the harbour. From the harbour you can walk along the promenade which continues onto Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta and the up market town of Forte dei Marmi.


The beaches are well groomed sandy beaches there are some public beaches, however, the majority are private with excellent facilities offering loungers, umbrellas, bar, some have gazebos and pools.

Local places to visit include the elegant town of Forte dei Marmi with many designer shops and a very good clothes market on a Wednesday morning. Each area has a market day Camaiore is on a Friday morning. These local outdoor markets sell clothes, shoes, bags and also food it is good for buying cheeses, roast chickens, local honey and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Massa Carrara is a marble quarry where you can buy marble artifacts and see how the marble is mined.
The Carnival is held in February or March every year, Viareggio is renowned for its carnival along the promenade.


The annual Puccini opera festival held

Lucca a walled town which conserves much of its Roman street plan it is a magnificent place to visit with its wealth of history you can hire bicycles and cycle around on the large city walls.
